The company's products are widely used for direct bonding, assembly and sealing of front and rear windshield side windows of passenger cars, cars, locomotives, and ships, sealing of containers, bonding and sealing of airports, roads, bridges, and tunnels, bonding of building glass doors and windows, and wall sealing.
A foam agent was developed to meet the needs of automobile manufacturers for producing low-noise and comfortable automobiles. This polyurethane foam product can be used for noise reduction and shock absorption of body structures. Some hollow structures in car body components often cause resonance in the air, resulting in noise. The above problems can be solved by filling these hollow structures with compact foam, which can be divided into high-density and low-density foam. Low density foam can be used to fill some holes in automobile components. When low-density foam is injected into the hole, its liquid mixture will expand rapidly, and the volume of expanded foam can reach 40 times of its initial volume, finally forming a solidified foam layer. This process can be completed in just 15 minutes. The high-density foam is used for reinforcing important structural parts of the car body (such as beams and columns). Its slow expansion feature allows the injected liquid mixture to flow through and fill the hollow structure with sufficient time. After expansion, its volume is only about 10 times its initial volume, and after 30 minutes, it will completely solidify.
